Workshop: Upcycled Self-Care Kits

Support your mental and emotional wellbeing with a DIY self-care kit. We'll provide the materials and some ideas, and you'll go home with a personalized box that serves as a go-to kit for when you need a little love, a way to soothe the senses, and little reminders just for you.

We will have an assortment of donated containers (recycled mailers, tins, jars, boxes, etc.) and supplies to customize your kit.

Here are some things you'll be able to make and put in your kit:

• Finger labyrinths for meditation

• Intention / mantra cards

• Roller balls for aromatherapy (we'll have oils, too!)
