Class: Appliqué Turkeys with 3 Knee Stitchery

Learn to applique (a type of embroidery) an adorable turkey design on your own clothing in this hands-on and beginner-friendly class presented by 3 Knee Stitchery!

Anyone 16 and up can attend this class whether they have hand sewing experience or not.

Cost: $15

Includes instruction, and all materials except for the piece you will embroider on.

Each participant MUST provide a base piece to apply the appliqué to. This could be a shirt, sweater, skirt, or tote bag made of any material. The appliqué can go over an old printed design or logo, but blank pieces will be easiest to work with.

We will have all participants pick out the fabric and thread they wish to use, cut out the pieces needed using a provided template and place them on the base piece. Then, you will learn a basic embroidery stitch to attach the design to your base piece.…
